Smt. Sarlaben Vasantbhai Malaviya School of Management is the only of its kind in Saurashtra having the background of 53 years of excellent contribution in the field of commerce. In the pious memories of Lt. Smt. Sarlaben Vasantbhai Malaviya this sister organization of P.D.Malaviya College of Commerce (NAAC accredited with A grade 3.34 CGPA) is to start her journey of education in the field of management from June 2010.
It is to be affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (proposed). And AICTE approved (proposed).
 

In order to maintain pace with knowledge era, the college has a state of art infrastructure having modern classrooms with ICT facilities, An advanced computer laboratory having client server Local Area Networking and campus wide WIFI facility. A separate lab for Internet access which for access to the corporate world and current developments. College has a Multimedia studio having the facility to develop the e-learning programmes. The college has two conference rooms to make education more effective.

The college library is completely equipped having all required management titles and journals and magazines. It is having access to the library of PDMCC with 32000 books, 47 magazines and 30 journals on all areas from management and literature and many more.

The institute offers the curriculum with diversity and flexibility to the students and takes initiative in redesigning the educational programs that are relevant to the regional and national needs.

Institute translates its vision and mission into its activities with due consideration. It generates skilled man-power by giving value based education and encouraging the entrepreneurial skill among the students.

The academic & administrative staff performs significantly to achieve them all. Apart from academic activities, there are computer training programs, industrial vision, mock interviews and group discussions, personality development programs, inviting dignitaries and experts for lectures from various fields.
